At first only public locations will be available to you. Access to other territories is granted separately by the institutions that own them.
Institutions
You can pick several: hold Ctrl (⌘ on a Mac) or swipe. Picking none is fine, it simply leaves you with the publicly available locations.
Each institution is approved separately by its own manager (or by an administrator), so access may arrive in stages.
Briefly: why you want to verify data and what you have identified so far (species, regions, years, camera traps or audio recordings, courses, publications). This is the main thing an institution manager looks at.
